This website (incentia.app) is the institutional and commercial site for IncentIA, a multi-tenant loyalty, gamification and brand activation platform operated by Raupar Solution S.L.U. (hereinafter, the Operator). Its purpose is to inform about the platform and its capabilities, and to enable contact with the Operator's commercial team.

Access to and use of this website attributes the condition of user and implies acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

3. Use of the website

The user agrees to use this website diligently, lawfully and in good faith, in accordance with current legislation. The user shall refrain from any conduct that may damage the image, interests or rights of the Operator or third parties, including but not limited to attempting to access restricted areas, introducing malicious code, or using automated processes to extract content.
